Pinnacle Springs and Cove Creek runs are not recommended

for beginning paddlers or young children

at water levels above 2.5 feet.

Reservations

Reservations are recommended for spring weekends and for large groups. A deposit of $10.00 per campsite,
$30.00 per boat or $50.00 per cabin is required to assure reservation. Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and
money orders are accepted. We will allow 3 days for receipt of payment for reservations made by phone.
Deposits for 2 or more days will be applied towards the last days rental. See RESERVATIONS.

Refunds

A full refund will be made with at least a 7-day notice in advance of scheduled trip. If the river exceeds 5 feet
refunds on canoe rentals will be made upon request. River levels below 1.75 feet also warrant a refund. No
refunds otherwise. Rain alone does not warrant a refund. There will be no refunds for reserved canoes not
used by your group. Canoes will be held only until 11:00 a.m. of the reserved date unless we are notified of a
later arrival.

Responsibility

All renters are required to sign a liability release as part of the standard rental contract. Each renter must be
present when signing the the form. You may not sign for someone else. Understand that conoeing Cadron
Creek is a potentially dangerous activity. We will provide you with the best equipment and advice available;
however, once you leave the shore your skill and good judgement take over. We do not assume any
responsibility for your safety so please exercise caution.

Age Requirements

No one under 8 years old is allowed in rental canoe at river level 3 feet or above. No children under 4 years
are allowed in rental canoe at any time. Children in a tandem boat must be accompanied in the boat by their
parent.

Renter Liability

Renters are responsible for the care of the boats and gear until it is back in our possession. Normal wear and
tear of canoes is expected but excessive damage must be paid in full by the renter. Lost or damaged paddles,
jackets, seats and other equipment must be paid by the renter. Charges by item are listed in the store and
payment in the event of loss or damage is DUE IMMEDIATELY.

In the Event of Accident

If you broach, wrap, or pin your canoe or boat, notify Cadron creek Outfitters immediately so that we may begin
retrieval operations. Do not attempt to remove the boat yourself. Unless you know the correct retrieval
procedures you may cause more damage and possible get hurt. Get to the take out by catching a ride in
another canoe. And don't forget to bring your paddles and lifejackets. In the event we cannot retrieve the boat
its value will be charged to the renter and must be paid immediately. If, and when the boat is retrieved,
damages will be assessed and the payment will be adjusted as so indicated.

River Pick-Up

There is a retrieval charge of $100.00 for any boat left on the creek. A renter will also be charged $20.00 per
boat for "pick-up" for boats left at any access point and not returned as required. These fees are to be paid
immediately.

Pets

Sorry but pets are NOT allowed in our canoes, boats, or shuttle vehicles. Moreover dogs are not looked upon
very favorably by wildlife and other paddlers. Even in the campgrounds dogs are to be kept on a leash at all
times and they are not allowed in the swimming area.

Time

Cadron Creek Outfitters opens at 8:00 a.m. and canoes and equipment may be picked up thereafter and must
be returned no later than 6:00 p.m. on the same day as rented. A late fee of $20.00 per group per hour is
charged after 6:00 p.m. Sunset pick-ups may be scheduled by reservation on Fridays and Saturdays. All
equipment not returned within 24 hours will be reported as stolen to the Arkansas State Police and charges will
be filed.

Rain Checks

Trips take place rain or shine! No trips are called off due to overcast skies, light and/or scattered rain, or
chaince of rain. In the event of heavy rains rain checks will be issued after 12:00 p.m. on the day you are
scheduled to paddle. These rain checks may be used within one year of the date they are issued.

Be Litter Conscious

Please use our ditty bags and leave nothing behind but your footprints. Take only pictures. Kill only time.
