There is nothing like a night on the river. The sounds. The experience. The
awakening. But sometimes the prospect of having to set up and take down a tent
and pack and roll sleeping bags may put a strain on the adventure. If that be the
case why not take advantage of our camping cabins. Each cabin will sleep 4 people
on full size bunk beds. These one room cabins not only keep you dry and safe
from the elements but they also offer other amenties such as electricity, TV,
microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, heater and fan. From the cabins you can step
out onto our hiking trails or stroll down to the river. All linens are included.

Batesville Mountain Cabin
The first and best equipped cabin offers it all--electricity, TV, VCR, microwave, gas stove,
refrigerator, heater and fan. The only things it lacks is a phone--and indoor plumbing! There is a
clean, two-seater outhouse just down the trail. The cabin is nestled among a forest of cedar and
pine trees and the shade is dark, deep and cool. The cabin serves as a focal point for Batesville
Mountain Campground and is at the edge of the small meadow that is often filled with wildflowers.
A trail meanders a hundred yards down the hillside to Cadron Creek.

Batesville Mountain Bluff Loft (Under Construction)
What is it? A treehouse? A sleeping platform? Or the deer stand of all deer stands? This
covered sleeping platform extends out over a bluff overlooking Cadron Creek far below. Sunsets
are rich and the vista is inspiring. But if you are afraid of heights this cabin is not for you! This
is a primitive cabin and offers nothing more than a shelter from rain, a fire pit and grill, lamp
poles, and a marvelous view.
Pinnacle Springs Riverside Cabin (Under Construction)
We wanted a special cabin right on the banks of the river where one could pull their boat up and
find warm shelter and food just a few steps away. This cabin sits adjacent to one of most scenic
swimming holes in Cadron Creek, This cabin lacks running water (available nearby) and
electricity (solar lighting instead) but it does have one of the most intimate views of the creek, a
large porch with grill and rocking chairs, and beds and linens to sleep four comfortably. And did
I mention riverside access to your boat and paddling adventures?
An adventure awaits....
